On April 22, 2017 the students of group BSH1-16 from Fashion Industry Faculty together with I.V.Prodanchuk, Associate Professor of Technology and Design of Sewing Products Department, visited the factory “Yaroslav” to get acquainted with the place of their future vocational and practical training.
The factory is the national leader in textile industry of Ukraine which has rich history and traditions. The factory was formed in 1995, it is developing to be a perspective European industrial establishment. For the period of the factory activity, there have been opened new departments for producing various textile kinds, a production of its own packaging has been started, its own design-studio has been created.
“Yaroslav” company unites 4 industrial plants which specialize in producing linen, comforters, blankets, mattresses, products for children, kitchen and other kinds of textile.
The excursion in the departments of “Yaroslav” company was held by the chief technologist’s assistant Olena Zbitnieva who described the technological activity and special equipment in every factory department.
She also told the students about the renovation of sewing, weaving and embroidering equipment, innovative technologies which are introduced in the factory producing activity, and strict control of factory products quality in all stages of producing activity.
After the excursion students expressed their interest to have their vocational and practical training in the factory ‘Yaroslav”.
