The Kyiv National University of Technology and Design hosted working meetings with leading scientists of Ukraine, held by the rector of the University, Academician Ivan Gryshchenko.

At the meeting with the deputy director of scientific work of the Institute of Technical Thermophysics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Vitaly  Babak, issues of cooperation between the University and the institutions of the Academy of Sciences were discussed in the context of practical training of students, involvement of specialists in practical and laboratory training, joint scientific events.

The meeting was attended by vice-rector of the KNUTD, professor Svitlana Garkavenko and head of the KITMT Department Valery Zdorenko.

At the meeting of the rector of the University, Academician Ivan Gryshchenko with the president of the association "Ukrhydroenergo", the first deputy director general of PJSC "Ukrhydroenergo", Hero of Ukraine Semen Potashnik discussed issues of joint scientific and practical projects of the scientists of the university and the company "Ukrhydroenergo".

The meeting was also attended by the vice-rector of the KNUTD, Professor Vitaliy Chaban and the head of the TSHMTP Department, professor Igor Panasyuk.
