The main task of the department is:

  • operational support of the teaching staff of the university, graduate students, doctoral students and students with scientific information about the achievements of domestic and foreign science and technology;
  • organization and holding of conferences, seminars, round tables, competitions, exhibitions at the university, as well as participation in business events of various levels with scientific developments and achievements of the university;
  • organization of cooperation with enterprises and subjects of science and scientific and technical activity of Ukraine and foreign states;
  • preparation of information and advertising materials of scientific and technical achievements of the university;
  • organization of state registration and accounting of research works performed at the university;
  • preparation of reporting materials on scientific and technical information;
  • filling and maintaining the official web-site of the university in terms of information on research work;
  • regulation of activities in the field of technology transfer;
  • search, organization and preparation of international scientific grants / programs;
  • conducting marketing and patent and conjuncture research, which includes the implementation together with other departments of the university measures to use the results of research and IPR (intellectual property);
  • systematization of information and data bases of inventions of the university and organization of events to promote the commercialization of scientific developments of the university.
