which will take place on October 8, 2024, at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design

CONFERENCE PLATFORMS:

1. Human Rights: Theory and History of Development in Ukraine and Foreign Countries.
2. Legal Support for the Implementation of Rights, Freedoms, and Legal Interests of Law Subjects in Ukraine and Prospects for their Improvement.
3. The Functioning of Civil Society in Conditions of Martial Law, State of Emergency, or Extraordinary Situation.
4. Legal Mechanisms for Solving Socio-Economic and Socio-Political Problems of Law Subjects in Post-War Ukraine.
5. Ensuring State Security as a Fundamental Prerequisite for the Implementation of Rights, Freedoms, and Legal Interests of Law Subjects in Ukraine.
6. Anti-corruption and integrity: current state and directions of implementation.

The conference allows for in-person, remote, and distance participation by researchers, professors, lawyers, subject-matter experts, postgraduates, and students from higher education institutions in Ukraine.

Conference materials will be published in an electronic collection of abstracts (abstracts are accepted until September 8, 2024).

Working languages of the conference: Ukrainian and English.
