Levels of education for which the recruitment of entrants for the educational program Entrepreneurship and Business:

the first (bachelor's) level of higher education

Training is conducted by state order and at the expense of individuals or legal entities.

FIRST (BACHELOR'S) LEVEL OF HIGHER EDUCATION

To enter the 1st year for a bachelor's degree, full-time or distance learning, entrants take competitive subjects .

Upon successful completion of their studies, graduates receive a diploma of basic or complete higher education of the established state standard in the specialty 076 Entrepreneurship and trade:

Bachelor of Entrepreneurship and Business - term of study 3 years 10 months (full-time, distance or part-time).

Students of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Business, as a result of obtaining a bachelor's degree have the opportunity to continue their master's degree in the educational program "Innovative Entrepreneurship and Startup Project Management" and obtain a master's degree in the relevant master's program.

Admission to the bachelor's degree is conducted in accordance with the "Rules of Admission to the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design."

The Entrepreneurship and Business Education program is aimed at training professionals with in-depth knowledge, as well as basic and professional competencies in the field of management and administration, aimed at ensuring personal development and training of specialists in entrepreneurship, trade and exchange.

The main goals of the program are to form highly qualified specialists in entrepreneurship and business, who have theoretical knowledge and practical skills to successfully perform professional duties, the application of which allows to solve complex specialized problems of organization and effective functioning of business and commercial structures.

As a result of training, students acquire the following knowledge and skills of professional activity:

• ability to solve complex specialized problems and practical problems in the field of entrepreneurship and business, which involves the application of theories and methods of economics, management, business and is characterized by complexity and uncertainty;
• ability to show initiative and entrepreneurship;
• ability to demonstrate knowledge of the basics of professionally-oriented disciplines in the specialty of entrepreneurship and business;
• ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and independently, organize your business, manage personal self-development (self-study, application of knowledge in practice, willingness and ability to learn independently);
• ability to generate breakthrough innovative business ideas;
• ability to do business planning, assess the market situation and performance in the field of entrepreneurship and business, taking into account the risks;
• ability to develop effective models for the organization of customer service, to start your own start-up.

Sphere of employment of graduates of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Business:

The graduate is suitable for employment in enterprises, commercial organizations operating in the field of services and trade.

The specialist may hold the following primary positions: specialist in commodity, supply, sales, inspector-commodity; trade inspector, trade broker, (trade) dealer; commercial agent, sales agent; the head of the retail trade enterprise, the head of the market; at the enterprises of small and average business (the manager of shop, the head of the small enterprise, the head of section and department, the director of small trading firm, the salesman, the trading broker (broker)).

Students of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Business, based on the results of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education have the opportunity to continue their master's degree in educational-professional (1 year 4 months) master's program "Innovative Entrepreneurship and Startup Project Management".

Students of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Business also have the opportunity to complete postgraduate studies in the specialty 076 Entrepreneurship and trade, defend a dissertation and obtain a doctorate.

Information on the possibility of obtaining a military specialty, the availability of dormitories

• Students during the first (bachelor's) level of higher education have the opportunity to receive military education and obtain a state diploma.
• All students of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Business living in cities and towns outside of Kyiv and Kyiv region are provided with accommodation in a dormitory located near the educational buildings.
