While attending advanced training at Qilu University of Technology (People’s Republic of China) as part of a delegation of lecturers from Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, Mykhailo Rudenko was invited to meet with Zhang Yunbo, a renowned and well-known master of calligraphy and folk crafts, Director of the Department of Arts.

After an interesting and information-rich masterclass, Mykhailo Rudenko also had an opportunity to show his artistic talent in traditional Chinese art practices. 

At the end of the meeting, the artists exchanged their works as a sign of friendship and courtesy, and successful creative cooperation.

As a sign of respect for Mykhailo Rudenko, Zhang Yunbo wrote a calligraphic dedication to the Ukrainian artist in Archaic Chinese.
