On March 27, 2024, first-year students of the "Environmental Design" educational program, together with their curator Natalia Ryshkevych, visited two unique exhibitions at PinchukArtCentre.

The first exhibition, “Oleksandr Roitburd. Power Theory”, pays tribute to the memory of the renowned Ukrainian artist Oleksandr Roitburd. The exhibition immerses visitors in the artist’s dialogue with world culture, where Roitburd believed that art is a true force capable of changing the world.

The second exhibition, attended by the students of the Faculty of Design, is the international group exhibition “I Feel You”, which opens space for empathy and reflection on human tragedies unfolding against the backdrop of a changing world. It brings together works by artists from various countries, including Ukraine, Mexico, Turkey, India, Belgium, France, Denmark, and the USA, each adding their voice to the global discussion on the struggle for freedom, loss, geopolitical conflicts, and empathy as a key to survival.

Both exhibitions offered students different perspectives on understanding art, from the personal power of the artist and his impact on the world to the global significance of empathy and mutual support in the face of contemporary challenges.
