RESTAURANT ART OF PRESENTATION

One of the most developed segments of the service market is the restaurant business, ahead of many sectors of the national economy in the dynamics of its growth.

Within the framework of professional and practice-oriented deepening of the study of the mastering of professional competencies, the restaurateur, the head of the Student Cafe training laboratory of the Department of Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Business Vyacheslav Gurt, held a master class "Restaurant Art of Presentation".

Students got acquainted with the technologies and organization of restaurant business; formed professional competencies of service skills to solve professional problems in standard and uncertain situations; acquired skills in managing service technologies in the conditions of restaurant facilities and formats in modern conditions.

Applicants for education in real conditions learned the basis of culinary art, got acquainted with the techniques of cooking in accordance with modern trends, learned mastery and mastered the properties of organizing restaurant business.

Attending master classes of experienced practitioners is an integral part of the formation and improvement of the professional competencies of students - future specialists in the hospitality industry.
