Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design in accordance with the order of State Scientific Institution «Institute of Education Content Modernization» of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine were appointed the basic university for holding of the II round of the All-Ukrainian diploma contest on spesiality 073 «Management» specialization «Personnel management».

In university for holding the Contest were developed methodical materials, contest and appeal committees.

The contest committee includes representatives of 8 higher education institutions of Ukraine, in particular, Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University, Semen Kuznets Kharkiv National Economic University, Odessa National Polytechnic University, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Chernihiv National Technological University, Dniprovsk State Technical University, Poltava State Agrarian Academy and Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design. The highly respected and highly professional committee was represented by 8 doctors of sciences and 6 candidates of sciences.

In Contest were represented 65 diplomas from 23 universities of Ukraine.

On January 24, 2019, was the final meeting of the contest committee and the winners were determined.

The purpose and scope of the Content was to adopt of its appropriateness to include the it in the list of activities planned to be supported within the framework of the implementation of the International Project of the British Council and the Creative Spark Foundation, jointly implemented by the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, together with the Southampton University of the Great Britain. The purpose of the project is to bring creative young people to programs initiated by the British Council aimed at learning English and developing entrepreneurial potential of higher education graduates of Ukrainian universities. Such a high rating of the Competition creates the basis for its internationalization.

The fruitful discussion of the leading scientists on the content of diplomas, scientific novelty and real practical research in the master’s qualification work is allowed us to form a common vision of the areas for improving the training of competitive managers on the labor market.
