The unique Ukrainian electro-rock opera «Orpheus and Eurydice are Forever» was presented at the Dubai Opera (UAE).

The creation partner of the opera is Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design.

The author and composer is Mykhailo Brunskyi – the employee of our University, Ukrainian musician, singer, Merited Artist of Ukraine, and the leading actor of the opera.

The project «Orpheus and Eurydice are Forever» began to establish 8 years ago, and under the leadership of Chief Producer Olena Brunska, the concerts were held at the Odessa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, Taras Shevchenko National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Ukraine (Kyiv), and the Palace «Ukraine».

The concert was attended by the representatives of Arab intellectuals and the sheikhs. Also could be seen the Ukrainian ambassadors and diplomats.

The electro-rock opera «Orpheus and Eurydice are Forever» holds two records of the National Register of Records of Ukraine: the first one is the creation of the first electro-rock opera in Ukraine and another one – the usage of the large number of musical instruments.

Our University is proud to take the opportunity to make the worthy contribution to the development of modern art of Ukraine.
