For the third consecutive year in the University, which has top global position in the profile in design and fashion industry, we warmly welcome the participants of the All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference "Actual problems of innovative development of cluster business in Ukraine", which brings together leading scientists not only our the state, but also the world, and well-known business practitioners who are involved in the development of cluster business. The purpose of the conference is to generate the development of integration links between business, science, education and government. In this quadrangle of knowledge scientific achievements are applied, an exchange of scientific and practical experience takes place, strategic vectors for the innovative development of cluster business in Ukraine are formed.

The representative of the reform office from the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, Roman Goptsiy, provided a thorough report on the normative and legal support for the development of cluster business in Ukraine, analyzed the main current trends in the co-operation of science, education, business and government. |
Leading economist at the Leon Kozminsky Higher Technical and Trade School E. Khodkovsky (Warsaw) of the Republic of Poland Piotr Izdebski in his report revealed important aspects of the interaction of education with real business at the present stage of development. |

The peculiarities of foreign experience in the development of cluster business in Lithuania and the European Union were shared by representatives of the Faculty of International Business of the University of Applied Sciences (Vilnius) Margarita Ishoraite and Victor Kozlovsky. |
According to the results of the thematic directions of the four platforms of the conference, namely:
1. Innovative development of cluster entrepreneurship in Ukraine: strategic benchmarks. 2. Marketing approaches to cluster business development. 3. Financial support for cluster business support. 4. Increasing the degree of openness, transparency, dynamism of knowledge in the conditions of the development of cluster business, the vectors of innovative development of cluster business at the present stage are substantiated. During a lively scientific discussion, the results of the research were published on postgraduate students and practitioners-entrepreneurs on four conference platforms announced. Particular attention is paid to the intensification of the policy of innovation development through the co-operation of science, government, education and business. In the end, the most active participants of the conference received certificates and thanks from the leadership of the Kiev National University of Technologies and Design.
