June 29, 2022 at 11.00 for students and graduate students of the specialties 161 Chemical Technology and Engineering, 226 Industrial Pharmacy in the framework of cooperation between the Department of Applied Ecology, Technology of Polymers and Chemical Fibers and  LLC "Kostal Ukraine" will be on-line lecture on "The concept of lean manufacturing as a basis for development industrial enterprise".

LLC "Kostal Ukraine" is a part of the international production company KOSTAL GROUP which is the world leader in production of mechatronic products for the automobile industry.

In this lecture we will get acquainted with the culture of lean manufacturing, with the European experience of implementing the concept of lean manufacturing in the activities of a modern enterprise.

We will speak about:

• acquaintance with the basic principles of technologies of lean production;
• formation of a philosophy of thinking, raising the level of production culture and auxiliary processes;
• acquiring skills in planning and operational process management, reducing losses;
• understanding of processes;
• understanding of the concept of loss;
• change of mentality.
