News -The results of the 1st All-Ukrainian Student Competition for the Development of Web Pages «WEB-TECHNOLOGIES»

On November 18, 2022, the summing up of the results of the 1st All-Ukrainian Student Competition for the Development of Web Pages “WEB-TECHNOLOGIES” took place. The purpose of the Competition was to realize the creative potential of students in the IT industry and create conditions for strengthening and developing ties between the creative youth of Ukraine, other faculties and specialties of KNUTD, and the colleges.

Students of the Faculties of Mechatronics and Computer Technologies, Design, Art and Fashion, Educational and Scientific Institute of Engineering and Information Technologies of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design and Kyiv Vocational College of Applied Sciences took part in the Competition.

The Competition was held in two stages: qualifying and final.

28 works were presented to the jury at the first stage of the competition. All the works were evaluated according to the relevant criteria: content, visual appeal, creativity, and originality of applied IT technologies.

For the second, final stage of the Competition, 6 works were selected, among which it was decided to award one first place, two second places, and three third places.

The selection of the winners of the Competition was carried out by a professional and competent jury, which included scientific and pedagogical workers of KNUTD and leading experts in web technology and web design, namely:

T.I. Astistova – the Competition Coordinator, Assoc. Prof. of the Department of Computer Sciences;

V.Yu. Shcherban – Head of the Department of Computer Sciences;

V.V. Skidan – Head of the Department of Information and Computer Technologies;

A.P. Dubrivna – Head of the Department of Digital Art;

O.V. Kolisnyk – Professor of the Department of Graphic Design.
