On December 27, 2022 at 10:00 pm, for graduate students of the Department of Private and Public Law studying in the specialty 081 «Law», an online lecture was held on the Zoom platform on the topic: «Modern trends in resolving public law disputes without involving authorized public authorities».

The lecture session of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design was organized by the Department of Private and Public Law.

The speaker of the event was Oleksandr Rygenko, director of Themida Legal Bureau LLC, lawyer, candidate of legal sciences.

The event was attended by graduate students of the Department of Private and Public Law: Viktor Dasiuk, Anna Hryshchenko, Viktor Yefimenko, Iryna Polat.

During the lecture, the essence and features of the resolution of public legal disputes without the involvement of authorized public authorities were revealed, methods for resolving public legal disputes without the involvement of authorized public authorities were identified and characterized, modern trends in resolving public legal disputes without the involvement of authorized public authorities, problems arising in the course of resolving public legal disputes without the involvement of authorized public authorities.
