On February 8, 2023, a meeting of the 3rd-4th-year students of the Department of Computer Engineering and Electromechanics of KNUTD with the managers of the International Research and Training Center for Information Technologies and Systems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine took place. Ample opportunities and prospects for the development of information technologies in Ukraine were revealed to the students. The history of the development of cybernetic science in Ukraine and the significant contribution of Ukrainian scientists to the world treasury of computer sciences were told to the students by the professor of the Department of Computer Engineering of KNUTD, doctor of technical sciences Volodymyr Osypenko and the head of the IRTCIT&S Department, doctor of technical sciences, professor Ihor Surovtsev. The questions and feedback of the students at the meeting demonstrated their high level of interest and desire to acquire modern knowledge in information technologies.
