For the second turbulent military academic year, in the context of Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine, our incredible young people have the desire to learn new things and engage in research work in the field of biotechnology.

In the 2022/2023 academic year, members of the “Biotechnologist” club participated in experimental research in the following areas: biotechnology of high molecular weight compounds, drugs based on living microorganisms and their products, the latest microbial technologies and nanobiotechnology, and agrobiotechnology.

The scientific achievements of the students were presented at international scientific conferences, including ICAMS 2022 Proceedings (26-28 October 2022, Bucharest, Romania): CERTEX press, 2022, the materials of which are included in the Scopus database.

Based on the results of the 2022/2023 academic year, members of the “Biotechnologist” club published the results of their research in 5 articles and 20 abstracts of international-level conferences organized in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Poltava, Lviv (Ukraine), Bucharest (Romania), Vilnius (Lithuania), Barcelona (Spain), and Chicago (USA).

Throughout the year, the club members actively participated in public lectures presented by leading industry experts from Ukraine, Belgium, Lithuania, and the USA.

It was a fruitful, intense, and exciting year for the “Biotechnologist” club! Everything will be Ukraine! Together to our victory!
