During the meeting, samples of contracts on the provision of legal assistance were considered.

The meeting participants discussed the requirements for the legal aid agreement, the form and content of the legal aid agreement, the parties to the legal aid agreement, the subject matter of the legal aid agreement, the obligations of the parties, the terms and conditions of the legal aid provision, the price of the legal aid agreement legal aid, the procedure for calculating the fee, the procedure for carrying out calculations, liability and dispute resolution, the validity period of the contract on the provision of legal aid, the grounds for refusing to enter into the contract on the provision of legal aid, the specifics of termination and termination of the contract on the provision of legal aid.

Given the current conditions associated with Russia's military aggression against Ukraine, special attention was paid to the peculiarities of concluding an agreement on the provision of legal assistance remotely.
