On November 9, 2023, the 1st All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference «Problems of implementation of rights, freedoms and legal interests of law subjects in Ukraine» was held at the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design.

This is a historic event for the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, as the conference was held exclusively on legal issues for the first time.

The organizers of the conference were the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design.

The conference was devoted to the discussion of current problems of history and the current state of human rights; legal support for the realization of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of legal subjects in Ukraine and prospects for their improvement; the functioning of civil society in conditions of martial law, state of emergency or state of emergency; legal mechanisms for solving socio-economic and socio-political problems of legal entities in post-war Ukraine; ensuring state security as a fundamental prerequisite for the realization of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of legal entities in Ukraine.
