The celebration of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Faculty of Management and Business Design of the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design was held in a friendly and creative atmosphere and once again confirmed the team spirit of the faculty and students.

On 30 May 2024, a festive concert was held on the occasion of the Day of the Faculty of Management and Business Design. This solemn event brought together many students, teachers and staff of the university, as well as many guests, including school leavers and students of the KNUTD College of Arts and Design.

The guests of honour at the event were Vice-Rector for Digital Transformation Volodymyr Statsenko, Vice-Rector for Education and Development Volodymyr Bobrovnyk, Director of the Institute of Law and Modern Technologies Tetiana Vlasiuk, Director of the Institute of Engineering and Information Technologies Ihor Panasiuk, Dean of the Faculty of Design Kalyna Pashkevych, Dean of the Faculty of Mechatronics and Computer Technologies Borys Zlotenko, Director of the Institute of Culture and Creative Industries Lidiya Makarenko, Dean of the Faculty of Art and Fashion Nataliia Ostapenko, Dean of the Faculty of Chemical and Biopharmaceutical Technologies Tetiana  Derkach.

The Dean of the Faculty of Management and Business Design, Doctor of Economics, Professor Oleksandra Olshanska addressed the students, teachers and staff of the Faculty with a welcoming speech, thanking the team for their dedicated and fruitful work, expressing her sincere wishes for the further development and prosperity of the Faculty, wishing them good health, happiness, kindness, creative ups and a speedy Victory for Ukraine!

The festive programme of the concert in honour of the Day of the Faculty of Management and Business Design ‘Love will dispel the darkness of war’ was dedicated to incredible stories of love in war, the power of which overcomes the darkness and inspires the fight for freedom, for one's land and for one's people. Students prepared short video stories on their own and told them at the concert.

It should be noted that the concert programme was also prepared by the students and teachers of the faculty and guests invited to the holiday, who sang, danced, and recited poetry. The staff of the Institute of Culture and Creative Technologies joined the congratulations, on behalf of which Oleksandr Vasylenko, Professor of the Department of Stage Performance and Culture, People's Artist of Ukraine, performed songs at the event.

At the end of the concert programme, the Dean of the Faculty, Doctor of Economics, Professor Oleksandra Olshanska, made a speech and began the traditional award ceremony for students, teachers, partners and friends of the Faculty.

The final flash mob prepared by the students of the Faculty and the song ‘FUBD MUST GO ON!’ performed together sounded like a powerful anthem of the Faculty!
