On October 15, 2024, the final conference of the All-Ukrainian Competition of Student Research Papers “Priorities for the Development of Human Capital and Institutions of the Social Sphere” was held. It was organized by the Department of Socioeconomics and Personnel Management of Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University.

Students submitted papers in three directions: Personnel management, Socioeconomics and social security, and Social sphere management. Wide representation of higher education institutions in the competition, creative topics, coordinated work of the competition jury, whose member was the head of the Department of Management and Smart Innovations, Doctor of Economics, Professor Alla Kasych.

Meaningful reports, presentations and a positive atmosphere again convinced us of the importance of scientific competitions for winners and teachers, and for the development of Ukrainian student science in general.

A lot of thanks to the organizers for such an important and professionally organized event!

It is nice that the student of the Department of Management and Smart Innovations Inna Kholyavko (supervisor – Professor of the Department of Management and Smart Innovations, Doctor of Economics, Professor Olena Vartanova) is among the winners! Inna presented her work on the topic “Fostering the corporate well-being of personnel in times of war”.

The Department of Management and Smart Innovation wishes Inna not to stop there and continue her research in the field of management!
