The active scientific activity and research of students majoring in 073 “Management” and 028 “Management of Socio-Cultural Activities” continue. Regular meetings of the scientific club of the Department of Management and Smart Innovations “Creative Manager” (scientific supervisor Svitlana Bondarenko) were held on September 26, 2024 and October 17, 2024. Alla Kasych, head of the Department of Management and Smart Innovations, and lecturers of the Department actively participated in the work of the scientific club.

On September 26, 2024, a meeting of the student scientific club “Creative Manager” was held on the topic “Making managerial decisions in organizations under martial law”. The topic “Management of business security in conditions of war” was considered by the participants of the club at the meeting on October 17, 2024. Meaningful reports, presentations, and the creative atmosphere, which prevails at the meetings of the scientific club, convince the students of the importance of scientific research.

The activity of the scientific club “Creative Manager” is efficient. Thus, Inna Kholyavko, a 4th-year student of the Department of Management and Smart Innovations (Group BMN-1-21, scientific supervisor Olena Vartanova) became the winner of the All-Ukrainian Competition of Student Research Papers “Priorities for the development of human capital and institutions social sphere”, which was organized by Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University. On October 15, 2024, Inna presented a research paper on the topic of “Fostering the corporate well-being of personnel in times of war” at the final conference and received a Diploma of the II degree.

A student of Group BMN-1-23 Ihor Onishchuk (scientific supervisor Natalia Buhas) gave a speech “Green recovery as the basis of the future strategy of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine” and received positive feedback at the 6th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Problems of integration of education, science and business in the context of globalization”, which was held on October 4, 2024 at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design.

The functioning of the scientific club continues. We wish the participants of the scientific club new research achievements.
