The topic of patriotism among Ukrainian youth, especially in the context of Russian aggression, is extremely relevant and touching. Young people demonstrate incredible strength of spirit, cohesion, and a desire to help their country.

In October 2024, Polina Skopets, a bachelor student majoring in 053 Psychology, took part in the charity art tour “WE ARE TOGETHER”. The Boys’ and Youth Choir “Dzvinochok” and the Girls’ Choir “Vohnyk” of the Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth performed charity concerts in countries such as the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland, as well as in Lutsk.

The ambassadors of Ukraine – the Boys’ and Youth Choir “Dzvinochok” and the Girls’ Choir “Vohonyk” – sing and talk about our country at every concert, call for our allies, stand on the side of good against evil and raise funds to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 19 concerts in 15 days, at least 5000 listeners, video broadcasts of concerts throughout the country and the great 24/7 work of each choirmaster and singer to promote Ukrainian culture and history!

Five concerts took place in the provinces of North and South Holland, and the final one was held in the largest church in Amsterdam, the Obrehtkerk.

The active citizenship demonstrated by young people today forms the basis for building a strong and independent Ukraine in the future. The common struggle for independence brings Ukrainians closer together and makes them more united. The patriotism of Ukrainian youth is a vivid testament to the indomitable spirit of the Ukrainian people. Their actions inspire and give hope for a better future!
