On May 29, 2025, a working meeting of representatives of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies with stakeholders of the educational program “Computer Science” of the second (master’s) level of higher education was held at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design.

The meeting was moderated by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies, Igor Panasiuk. The event was attended by the Head of the Department of Computer Engineering and Electromechanics, Dmytro Statsenko, the guarantor of the educational program, Hennadiy Melnyk, as well as representatives of the academic community, employers and students.

The representative of EPAM Ukraine, Serhiy Semenov, recommended updating the description of employability in accordance with the National Classifier of Professions, clarifying the structural and logical scheme of the program and expanding the content of courses with topics that reflect modern trends in IT, in particular artificial intelligence, cloud technologies and machine learning.

All proposals were reviewed and approved at the meeting of the Department of Computer Engineering and Electromechanics (Minutes No. 12, dated 05.06.2025). Based on these proposals, changes have been made to the educational program, which will be implemented in the 2025/2026 academic year.

 Such meetings with stakeholders are an important component of the education quality assurance system at KNUTD. They contribute to updating the content of educational programs, improving the level of training of higher education seekers, and strengthening cooperation between the University and employers.

Collaboration in the pursuit of quality education is key to the success of future generations of Ukrainian IT specialists.
