On April 2, 2026, the management of the KNUTD visited the dormitory No. 3, at the address: M. Boychuk St., 33, where students of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies of the following specialties live: Software Engineering, Computer Science, Automation and Computer-Integrated Technologies and Robotics, Industrial Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics.

The visit was attended by Natalia Ostapenko, Acting Rector, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, and Igor Panasiuk, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor.

During the visit, the living rooms and common areas were inspected, the sanitary and technical condition of the premises was assessed, and current issues of ensuring comfortable living conditions for students were discussed.

A relaxed, frank conversation took place between Natalia Ostapenko and Igor Panasiuk with students to discuss the conditions of living in the dormitory and studying at the University.

During the meeting, students expressed their suggestions, comments and wishes and received answers to relevant questions.

Based on the results of the visit, the university administration determined further steps to improve the living conditions of students and increase the level of comfort in the dormitory.
