«CAREER DAYS AT KNUTD» AT THE DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM, HOTEL & RESTAURANT BUSINESS

As part of the “Career Days at KNUTD”, a meeting was held at the Department of Tourism, Hotel & Restaurant Business with T.C. Pizza's chef, Serhii Saman.

During his presentation, Serhii Saman highlighted modern approaches to organizing kitchen production processes, emphasized the implementation of innovative technologies in the restaurant business, effective team management, and adherence to quality standards as key factors in maintaining a competitive establishment. Special attention was also given to the practical aspects of professional activity, current labor market requirements in the HoReCa sector, and opportunities for international internships and employment.

The meeting was conducted in an open dialogue format, which encouraged active interaction between students and the chef, exchange of experience, and discussion of contemporary issues related to professional development. The event became an important platform for students to gain insight into real working conditions in the industry and explore future employment opportunities.
