On May 25, 2026, students of the first (bachelor's) level of education of the educational and professional program "Fashion Design", accompanied by curators Maryna Yatsenko and Nadiia Lіuklіan, visited the professional costume and prop studio "UGA" – a creative space in Kyiv, which specializes in creating stage images for films, music videos and large-scale filming. The excursion was organized by Vіacheslav Moskal, a postgraduate student of the Design program, as part of his pedagogical practice.

The owner of the costume studio, Yuliіa Нavrylovska, met the students and told about the activities of the creative space "UGA", the specifics of its work and the directions of implementation of creative projects. During the meeting, she talked with the students, asked about their specialty and creative interests, and also noted that "UGA" is an open environment for creative cooperation and professional development.

Students also had the opportunity to get acquainted with the work of the studio's costume stylist, who conducted a tour of the creative space and shared the features of the costume room. During the meeting, the process of selecting costumes for filming, the principles of creating stage images and the specifics of the stylist's professional activity were highlighted. Special attention was paid to the demonstration of the most interesting costumes and creative projects from professional practice, as well as the features of their development and implementation.

During the meeting, the students were actively interested in the specifics of the work of a costume designer and the profession of a stylist, asked questions about creating stage looks, selecting costumes for filming, and the specifics of working in creative projects. In a relaxed atmosphere, the students had the opportunity to get to know stage costumes better, consider individual looks, and even try on some of them, which made the excursion especially interesting and informative.

Such events contribute to expanding the professional worldview of students, introduce them to modern areas of work in the field of styling and costume design, and help combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience.

The students of the specialty B2 Design and the staff of the Department of Art and Fashion Design are sincerely grateful to the UGA costume studio and Vіacheslav Moskal for organizing an educational tour, a warm welcome, interesting professional communication, and the opportunity to get to know the specifics of the creative space and the modern costume industry better.
