On June 10, 2026, at a meeting of the one-time specialized academic council PhD13023 at the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, the defense of the dissertation of Rostyslav Ivanovich Mushka on the topic «Lawyer as a subject of tax legal relations» for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 08 «Law» in the specialty 081 "Law" was held.

The dissertation of Rostyslav Ivanovich Mushka, a postgraduate student of the Department of Private and Public Law of the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, is devoted to determining the features of the legal regulation of the status of a lawyer as a subject of tax legal relations and the formation of scientifically based directions for its improvement.

The result of the discussions and debates regarding the presented research was an open vote of the members of the one-time specialized academic council. The decision was unanimous - to award Mushka Rostyslav Ivanovich the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 08 «Law» in the specialty 081 «Law».
