On June 10, 2026, at a meeting of the one-time specialized academic council PhD13026 at the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, the defense of the dissertation of Bohdan Viktorovych Pogrebniak on the topic «Legal principles of the activities of the bar in the field of providing free legal aid» for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 08 «Law» in the specialty 081 «Law» was held.

The dissertation of Bohdan Viktorovych Pogrebniak, a postgraduate student of the Department of Private and Public Law of the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, is devoted to determining the essence and features of the legal principles of the activities of the bar in the field of providing free legal aid.

The result of the discussions and debates on the presented research was an open vote of the members of the one-time specialized academic council. The decision was unanimous - to award Pogrebniak Bohdan Viktorovych the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 08 «Law» in the specialty 081 «Law».
