The educational process of training specialists – fashion designers has a wide implementation. In addition to participating in professional creative competitions and exhibitions, curators Halina Kokorina and Iryna Chubotina during the year held several interactive events that contributed to the immersion of students of the educational program "Fashion Design" in the world of reconstruction and creation of historical images.
Thus, students joined the study of the extensive collection of the "Costumoteka" project, created by the Department of Art and Fashion Design throughout the period of its existence. Role reconstruction of historical images contributed to the strengthening of students' interest in the profession and collective participation in various creative projects of the department. Throughout the academic year, photo sessions were held with students using historical fashion from the department's fund.
Students Sofiіa Rozhko and Elvira-Olya Vasylchenko introduced their classmates to their own collections of dolls in historical costumes and animalistic toys.

On May 22, 2026, students of the Department of Art and Fashion Design with curators Hayna Kokorina and Irina Chubotina visited the exhibition of collectible dolls "LIFE IN 1/6" DOLL EXHIBITION in the scientific and technical library of KNUTD. The students were delighted with the exquisite exhibits, learned many interesting facts about the presented models, and also discovered collecting as a true art. It was especially fascinating to listen to the comments of the student of the Department of Art and Fashion Design Elvira-Olha Vasylchenko, who herself is an ardent collector and connoisseur of this business, so she became an excellent guide for her classmates.

Students of the Department of Art and Fashion Design confirm that student life is in full swing!
