On July 31, 2026, at a meeting of the one-time specialized academic council PhD14446 at the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, the defense of the dissertation of Viktor Yefimenko on the topic «Legal basis for the activities of a lawyer in the field of customs affairs» for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 08 «Law» in the specialty 081 «Law» was held.

The dissertation of Viktor Yefimenko, a postgraduate student of the Department of Private and Public Law of the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, is devoted to determining the essence and peculiarities of the legal principles of a lawyer activity in the field of customs affairs.

The result of the discussions and debates on the presented research was an open vote of the members of the one-time specialized academic council. The decision was unanimous – to award Viktor Yefimenko the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 08 «Law» in the specialty 081 «Law».
