APPLICANT’S DAY AT KNUTD: GUIDANCE AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR FUTURE STUDENTS

On August 5, 2026, KNUTD hosted "Applicant’s Day" — an event that brought together prospective students, parents, and university faculty.

The event took place with the support of the university’s general partner — Sense Bank, which actively supports educational and youth initiatives, contributing to the development of Ukraine's future intellectual potential.

Applicant’s Day offered prospective students a great opportunity to speak directly with university representatives, learn all the details of the 2026 admissions campaign, and experience the rhythm of student life.

Nadiia Zaritska, Executive Secretary of the KNUTD Admissions Committee, shared the most important details regarding the admissions campaign.

In her presentation, she focused on key aspects:

  • Key stages and deadlines: critical dates for submitting applications, publishing lists of recommended candidates, and deadlines for fulfilling enrollment requirements;
  • Online application specifics: guidelines for working with applicant personal accounts, setting application priorities, and calculating competitive scores;
  • Advisory support: step-by-step procedures for preferential category applicants and options for individual consultations.

Following the presentation, Nadiia Zaritska answered questions from applicants and parents, addressing all their inquiries and concerns.

Margarita Aftandilyants, Head of the Marketing Department at KNUTD, spoke about practical training, corporate partnerships, and opportunities for student development. She highlighted:

  • Modern educational opportunities: practice-oriented learning, partnerships with leading Ukrainian and international companies, brands, and reliable partners;
  • Vibrant student life: activities of creative clubs, sports teams, participation in fashion shows, hackathons, and cultural projects;
  • Career launch: internship programs, employment events, and support for youth startups.

Representatives of the Student Self-Government and the Primary Trade Union Organization of KNUTD Students actively participated in the event.

Student leaders met directly with applicants, shared their personal studying experiences, and spoke about campus life, student rights protection, social initiatives, and self-development opportunities at the university.

Guests also had the opportunity to explore the specialties and educational programs offered by the university's 6 faculties:

  • Design
  • Arts and Fashion
  • Chemical and Biopharmaceutical Technologies
  • Engineering and Information Technologies
  • Economics and Management
  • Culture and Creative Industries

Applicants and their parents were able to speak individually with representatives from each faculty and the respective admissions offices to receive tailored consultations on academic programs, study conditions, facilities, and future career prospects.

KNUTD expresses its gratitude to our general partner, Sense Bank, and to everyone who attended Applicant’s Day!

Our doors are always open to talented, ambitious, and driven young people. Choose your future with KNUTD!
