ACADEMIC MOBILITY OF RESEARCHERS FROM KYIV NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGIES AND DESIGN UNDER THE ERASMUS+ KA171 PROGRAMME AT THE INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES IN ŁOMŻA (POLAND)
As part of international cooperation and the development of the Erasmus+ KA171 academic mobility project, faculty members of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD) participated in a training programme at the International University of Applied Sciences (MNSzA) in Łomża, Poland, from 14 to 18 September 2026.
The delegation included leading researchers of the University:
- Olena Roik – PhD in Pharmacy, Associate Professor, Department of Industrial Pharmacy, Faculty of Chemical and Biopharmaceutical Technologies;
- Iryna Liashok – PhD in Engineering, Associate Professor, Department of Chemical Technologies and Resource-Saving, Faculty of Chemical and Biopharmaceutical Technologies;
- Lesia Maistrenko – PhD in Engineering, Associate Professor, Department of Biotechnology, Leather and Fur, Faculty of Chemical and Biopharmaceutical Technologies;
- Inna Kovalenko – PhD in Law, Associate Professor, Associate Professor at the Department of Private and Public Law, Faculty of Economics and Management;
- Olha Ameridze – PhD, Associate Professor at the Department of Philology and Translation, Faculty of Culture and Creative Industries.
The academic mobility programme provides for the exchange of advanced teaching practices, participation in joint seminars, familiarisation with the facilities and laboratory infrastructure of the Polish higher education institution, as well as discussions on the prospects for further inter-university research collaboration.
Erasmus+ academic mobility contributes to expanding KNUTD’s international cooperation, integrating Ukrainian education and research into the European educational and research area, and enhancing the quality of professional training in line with international standards.
The participation of researchers from the in the Erasmus+ K171 programme contributed to broadening their professional experience, exchanging modern educational and research practices, and strengthening international academic cooperation.
The knowledge and experience gained provide a solid foundation for enhancing the University’s educational and research activities, advancing collaborative research, and implementing promising new international initiatives.
