PARTICIPATION OF DESIGN FACULTY STUDENTS (UAX ABAKANOWICZ FELLOWSHIP 2025 RECIPIENTS) IN THE UZHHOROD MEETING

In August 2026, students from the Faculty of Design at KNUTD participated in a meeting in Uzhhorod for students from Ukrainian art institutions who are recipients of the UAx Abakanowicz Fellowship 2025. The event was organized by the Abakanowicz Arts and Culture Charitable Foundation (AACCF), the European League of Institutes of the Arts (ELIA), and the UAx ELIA platform.

KNUTD students Liliia Kalyta (Group BDh3-22, program Graphic Design), Sofiia Voropai (Group BDm3-24, program Multimedia Design), Vladyslava Zarubaieva (Group BDm2-23, program Multimedia Design), Dariia Andriienko (Group BDo2-22), and Illia Mozhovyi (Group BDo2-22, program Fashion Design) presented the results of their creative work.

Program participants presented the specifics of their artistic specializations and their creative achievements, while also building creative and friendly connections with one another.

The primary goal of the UAx Abakanowicz Fellowship program is to provide comprehensive support to art students from Ukrainian institutions. KNUTD students received a scholarship, mentorship from international design professors, and the opportunity to join the UAx platform's student community.

A variety of workshops and excursions were organized for the students.
