KNUTD STUDENT DANIIL POLISHCHUK PARTICIPATED IN THE REFASHIONED INTERNATIONAL SUSTAINABLE FASHION PROJECT IN POLAND

Daniil Polishchuk, a student at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (group BDSh-26) enrolled in the "Garment Design and Technology" educational program (specialty G15 "Light Industry Technologies", Faculty of Arts and Fashion, Department of Fashion and Style), took part in the Polish sustainable fashion project  ReFashioned, where his creative work was presented.

The ReFashioned project is a multi-month sustainable fashion and psychosocial support program implemented by the Kraina Foundation in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM Poland) and the Institute of Creative Industries (Instytut Przemysłów Kreatywnych). The initiative is designed to help designers and artisans with migration backgrounds develop professional skills, adapt to the fashion industry, and realize their creative ideas.

All participant works are created from recycled textile materials (upcycling), demonstrating an environmentally responsible attitude.

The final runway show of the collections took place on September 25, 2026.

The participation of KNUTD student Daniil Polishchuk and his contribution to the show were highlighted by the authoritative Polish fashion publication Harper's Bazaar Polska, which served as the media patron of the project.

We sincerely congratulate Daniil on his international recognition and wish him new creative achievements and inspiration in the field of modern responsible fashion!
