SCIENCE SHAPING THE FUTURE: KNUTD RESEARCHERS AMONG THE CANDIDATES FOR UKRAINIAN STATE SCHOLARSHIPS!

Scientific achievements that earn recognition. Names that shape the intellectual capital of the nation. Research that opens new horizons.Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD) has every reason to be proud!

Following the first ranking conducted within the National System of Researchers of Ukraine (NSR), members of the KNUTD academic community have been included in the list of candidates for state scholarships based on the evaluation of their research performance.

This achievement is an important recognition of the effectiveness of our researchers’ scientific work, their professional engagement, research potential, and contribution to the advancement of Ukrainian science.

The National System of Researchers of Ukraine is a new mechanism for evaluating scientific performance based on verified indicators of research achievements.

The ranking process considers scientific publications and citations, participation in grant-funded projects, patent activities, international cooperation, the training and supervision of young researchers, and other research outcomes.

A total of 13,025 researchers participated in the first ranking, and 2,650 candidates were identified as eligible for consideration for state scholarships according to the preliminary results (Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine).

The inclusion of KNUTD researchers in this list demonstrates the competitiveness of the University’s scientific achievements within Ukraine’s national research community.

Our scientists work at the intersection of technology, engineering, economics, management, design, chemistry, and biopharmaceutical sciences, developing interdisciplinary solutions to contemporary challenges.

The recognition of young researchers is particularly valuable, as they ensure the continuity of scientific schools, explore new research directions, and shape the future of Ukrainian science.
