RAISING AWARENESS OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES IN FASHION DESIGN: A WEBINAR BY COMPANY “INTELLTEX”

On October 12, 2026, lecturers and students from the Department of Art and Fashion Design participated in a webinar hosted by company “INTELLTEX”, a long-standing partner of the Faculty of Design KNUTD, During the webinar the company presented its new product: the "AI Moda by Style3D" software module.

The webinar covered digital fashion as a contemporary trend in clothing design, explored how the designer's role is evolving, and examined the new opportunities unlocked by modern technologies. The team from INTELLTEX demonstrated the capabilities of the "AI Moda by Style3D" module in practice - covering the entire process from initial concept and sketch to the creation of a garment visualization.

Iryna Daus, R&D Director and Training Manager at INTELLTEX, shared the story behind the program’s development and demonstrated its capabilities. She showed how AI can be used to edit sketches, perform virtual try-ons for clothing, footwear, and accessories — complete with generated advertising backgrounds — as well as adjust colors, textures, and model poses. The software also allows for the design of fabric prints, materials, and embellishments, and can even be used to create short promotional videos. Highlighting the advantages of the "AI Moda by Style3D" software module, Iryna noted that fashion designers no longer need to switch between different programs, as all the necessary tools are integrated into a single module.

Diana Kovalenko, a representative of the "INTELLTEX" company, familiarized the participants of the webinar with the tools for working with model design in the "AI Moda by Style3D" program, advised on tools that make it possible to quickly develop sketches and the appearance of clothing models, showed specific examples of the application of the program.

The webinar was moderated by Maryna Losieva, founder of UFEG, fashion expert, and educator.

At the end of the meeting, students had the opportunity to ask the speakers questions and receive answers.
