• Innovative Energy Efficiency Projects. How to increase the Energy Efficiency of the Higher Educational Institutions
• Elaboration and implementation of Energy Efficiency Training Courses for the Higher Educational Institutions: specific features, development, implementation
• Policies to increase the energy efficiency of educational nonprofit organizations. Scientific, technical and economic aspects

• Exclusive Contest Promotion «That rector is a progressive who is energy efficient!». Conference participants will get familiar with the presentations of the best Innovative Energy Efficiency Projects in the Higher Educational Institutions and cast a vote.
