Тhe 14^th International Young Fashion Designers Pecherski Kashtany Contest will take place at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design on 19-24 May 2014. The Organizing Committee is delighted to invite students from your university to participate in the Contest.

This Contest is one of the most famous young fashion designers events in Ukraine and is supported by national leading media, well-known fashion designers, sponsors from business and national authorities.

It is a totally non-profitable event aimed at facilitation of better communication and collaboration between talented students from different countries.

The contest will be held in the following nominations

Interested students with appropriate skills can participate in any nominations.  Collections presented for the contest may include in a relevant nomination from 3 to 5 pairs of shoes or shoe accessories, from 3 to 7 garments, and from 1 to 3 pieces of textile.

There will be an allocated fund for the contest winners.

Contest participation fee is 40 Euro or an equivalent amount in the local currency (UAH) and is paid upon the participant arrival to the contest. Participants are responsible for all transportation expenses. Foreign participants will be provided with a free of charge student accommodation at the university campus and excursions to some prominent city sights.

COMPETITIVE MATERIALS AND TERMS OF THEIR REPRESENTATION TO ORGANIZING COMMITTEE

Participants of competition should give till April, 15th, 2014:

1. The Questionnaire of the participant (application form);

2. Sketches of models executed in colour on format А4 (for competition of clothes, footwear and accessories) (to 5-7 pieces) or a collection photo; a photo of works (for textiles competition);

3. For the anniversary booklet it is necessary to give in an electronic variant - one archival file:

• The Photo of the author (anywhere the person will be accurately visible) with the file name - a name and a surname, on type: Ivanov_Ivan.jpg.
• The Photo of a ready collection or sketches which will be presented at competition. The photo signature - the collection name, on type: Pervay_sonata.jpg.
• The Summary of the basic idea of a collection - the participant of competition. A file - Word, the text - in Russian or English language. The document name on type: Pervay_sonata_text.doc.
• Contacts as which the author considers necessary for the general access.

We ask to pay attention: if the data is not given for organising committee in target dates the information will be not included into the booklet.

In day of arrival and registration to have:

• A collection Photo (print) for work rebuke;
• A canned music (in mp3 a format - it is possible to send in advance mail);
• The Receipt on entrance fee payment.

ORGANIZATIONAL PAYMENTS:
Clothes competition (female, man's, children's) - 450 UAH;
Competition of footwear and accessories - 350 UAH;
Textiles competition - 100 UAH.

Payment at arrival to bank at university territory.
