RESEARCH FOCUS
Development of low-waste environmentally oriented technologies of leather and fur production with the aim of creating competitive products; expertise of leather, fur and products from them.
ACTIVITIES
- Physico-chemical bases of modification of biopolymers in leather and fur production;
- Development of low-waste environmentally oriented technologies for the production of leather and fur;
- Scientific bases of materials creation and improvement of leather and fur finishing processes;
- Physico-chemical foundations of purposeful formation of the structure and operational properties of leather and fur materials;
- Analytical quality control of chemical materials for leather and fur production;
- Identification expertise of leather, fur and their products;
- Assessment of the quality and conformity of leather and fur materials and products made from them.
