On March 25, 2026, the International Startup Competition “TourSystemUkrChallenge” was held at the State University of Trade and Economics, serving as a powerful platform to showcase innovative solutions in tourism and hospitality and to bring together leading experts, academics, and talented students.

Darіa Snizhynska, a student of the Department of Tourism, Hotel and restaurant industry, represented the university by presenting her startup project “BezMezh” (Startup.Hospitality_2026) developed under the academic supervision of Olena Akhmedova, Doctor of Sciences in Public Administration, Professor of this Department.

The project stood out for its high level of innovation, relevance to the ongoing transformation of the hospitality industry, and strong practical orientation. According to the competition results, the project received high recognition from the expert jury, and Darіa Snizhynska was awarded a third-degree diploma.

This achievement demonstrates the high level of training of KNUTD students, the effectiveness of academic mentorship, and the active integration of student youth into a modern, innovation-driven, and entrepreneurial environment.
