Meeting of the student scientific club "Current directions of tourism development and tourism research in times of crisis" with the participation of representatives of the international company SkillSprint. On February 18, during the online conference, students spoke with Ms. Olga Belan, the director of the international company SkillSprint. The company has been a leader in organizing international internships in Bulgaria since 2016 and cooperates with students from all over Ukraine. Student scientific club members not only became acquainted with Bulgaria's recreational potential, its tourist infrastructure, hotels, and entertainment complexes. But they also received an offer to become participants in a professional internship abroad in the summer of 2026. SkillSprint representatives presented internship opportunities in Bulgarian hotels, outlined the requirements for candidates, the conditions for participation in the programs, and the prospects for professional and career growth for students in tourism, hotel, and restaurant specialties. Particular attention was paid to the importance of international practice as a component of training competitive tourism specialists, the development of intercultural communication, and the formation of practical skills for work in a real business environment.
