Meeting of the student scientific club "Current directions of tourism development and tourism research in times of crisis" with the participation of an international-level practitioner, Oleksandr Chorny, the Smart Education Hotel School owner.

The meeting took place on February 09, in an online conference format. We exchanged views on how service standards in the hotel business are transforming today: about new guest expectations, digital tools in the industry, and the need for service personalization. The real cases from the industry were analyzed. There was a lot of practice, live examples, and professional insight.
