On April 16, 2026, the next meeting of the scientific club “Vocational Training and Foreign Language Communication” was held at the Department of Philology and Translation of the Faculty of Culture and Creative Industries (head of the club – associate professor Kseniia Kugai).

The discussion topic was dedicated to the contemporary challenges of the globalized professional environment: “The Global Space: The Art of Intercultural Communication in Remote Teams”.

During the meeting, participants discussed the specifics of effective intercultural interaction in the context of remote work as well as international educational and professional projects.

Particular attention was paid to the role of foreign languages as a tool for establishing communication within multicultural teams.

Student Kyrylo Mohylevskyi presented a report titled “Foreign language learning as a tool of intercultural dialogue in higher education.” In his presentation, he emphasized the importance of foreign language training for the development of intercultural competence among higher education students.

The abstracts of the report were published in the proceedings of the XI International Scientific and Theoretical Conference “Scientific Forum: Theory and Practice of Research,” held in the United States.

The meeting was held in a constructive academic atmosphere and facilitated the exchange of relevant research ideas among students and faculty members.
