On November 28, 2025, the Department of Management of the Faculty of Economics and Management held the annual All-Ukrainian Competition of Qualification Theses in the specialty D3 “Management” (the specializations “Personnel Management” and “Business Structure Management”) at the bachelor’s and master’s educational levels.

Students from different regions of Ukraine participated in the Сompetition, presenting their qualification research works.

Students of KNUTD demonstrated a high level of professional training. Graduates of the Department of Management received winners’ diplomas as follows:

- Nataliia Sych won a Third-Degree Diploma in the specialization “Personnel Management” at the Master’s level (Scientific supervisor: Tetiana Tsalko, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor);

- Victoriіa Godz won a Third-Degree Diploma in the specialization “Management of Business Structures” at the Master’s level (Scientific supervisor: Svitlana Bondarenko, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor);

- Oleksandr Tkachenko won a Second-Degree Diploma in the specialization “Management of Business Structures” at the Bachelor’s level (Scientific supervisor: Alla Kasych, Doctor of Economics, Professor);

- Daryna Holub won a Second-Degree Diploma in the specialization “Personnel Management” at the Bachelor’s level (Scientific supervisor: Svitlana Bondarenko, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor).

The achievements in the Competition indicate the consistently high performance of the Department of Management in training competitive, highly qualified specialists who are capable of successfully demonstrating their potential at the national level. The systematic participation and victories of students in the All-Ukrainian Competition of Qualification Theses provide convincing evidence of the effectiveness of educational programs, high-quality scientific and methodological support, and productive professional cooperation between students and faculty members.
