STUDENT SCIENCE IN ACTION: FROM CREATIVE VISION TO SCIENTIFIC INQUIRY

February for the student scientific circle of the Department of Performing Arts and Culture, "Scenic Dialogue," became a period of active intellectual start and strategic planning. The first meeting of the semester was dedicated to the fundamental stage of scientific activity—identifying the vectors of future research and organizational preparation for the large-scale International Scientific and Practical Conference "Synergy of Tourism, Hospitality, and Creative Industries: Science, Education, Practice." It was during this time that the conceptual foundation for future presentations was laid, which subsequently represented our department at the international level.

Under the professional mentorship of the Head of the Department, Associate Professor Vira Burnazova, the participants of the circle immersed themselves in the process of discussing current issues in modern art. The main focus was on finding topics at the intersection of classical theatrical traditions and the dynamic demands of creative industries. Students, together with their instructors, analyzed which aspects of their practical acting and directing training required deep theoretical reflection and scientific approval.

Particular attention during the February meeting was paid to thematic modeling and the formation of a list of innovative research areas that meet the challenges of the digital age and current socio-cultural transformations. Participants discussed in detail the organizational design of the upcoming conference and the algorithm for preparing scientific materials, which allowed for the effective grouping of students into research teams based on shared scientific interests to create meaningful collective projects.

The moderators of the circle emphasized that scientific inquiry begins with the right question, and participating in a conference is the best way to find the answer within a professional community. The February meeting demonstrated a high level of motivation among the students for scientific creativity and a readiness to become part of a global intellectual dialogue. This stage became the starting point for a long marathon, where each participant of "Scenic Dialogue" had the opportunity to transform their own creative observations into solid scientific theses.

Ahead lie months of intensive work, refining thoughts, and preparing for the debut on the big scientific stage. February laid a strong foundation upon which the scientific potential of a new generation of artists from the Department of Performing Arts and Culture is confidently being built.
