During September–December 2025, higher education students actively participated in the work of the scientific circle "Current Issues of Private Law" (Head of the scientific circle – O. M. Koval).

During the reporting period, meetings of the scientific circle were held on the following topics: "Introduction to EU Law: Sources, Principles, and Their Impact on National Legal Systems" (September 22, 2025); "Harmonization of Contract Law: Analysis of the Principles of European Contract Law (PECL) and Their Implementation in Ukraine" (October 20, 2025); "Consumer Protection According to EU Standards: Directives on Unfair Contract Terms and Consumer Rights" (November 24, 2025); and "Reform of Ukrainian Corporate Law: Alignment with EU Directives in the Field of Company Law and Corporate Governance" (December 19, 2025).

Members of the scientific circle and its leadership actively presented their research results at the following scientific events: International Scientific and Practical Conference "Innovative Ecosystem for the Reconstruction of Ukraine: Integration of Science, Education, and Business" (October 3, 2025); Scientific and Practical Round Table "Advocate's Speech – 2025" (October 8, 2025); International Conference "Innovation in Education, Science, and Business: Challenges and Opportunities" (November 18, 2025); 2nd International Scientific and Practical Conference "Scientific Research: Emerging Theories and Practical Breakthroughs" (November 17–19, 2025, Edinburgh, Scotland).
