During February–May 2026, higher education students continued their active work within the scientific circle "Current Issues of Private Law" (Head of the scientific circle – O. M. Koval).

During the reporting period, meetings of the scientific circle were held on the following topics: "Regulation of Digital Markets (Digital Markets Act) and Services (Digital Services Act): New Rules of the Game for Business in Ukraine" (February 23, 2026); "Intellectual Property Law: Modernization of Legislation in Accordance with EU Regulations and Directives" (March 23, 2026); "Cross-Border Disputes in the EU: Application of the 'Brussels' and 'Rome' Regulations in the Practice of Ukrainian Lawyers" (April 27, 2026); Final session: "The Role of the Court of Justice of the EU in Shaping Private Law and Its Significance for Ukraine" (May 25, 2026).

A significant achievement of the circle was its publication activity: in 2026, the professional article "From Copyright to Concept-Right: The Legal Evolution of Creativity Protection in the AI Era" was published (O. M. Koval, O. V. Shevchuk). Additionally, the members of the circle joined the discussion of current legal issues at spring international scientific platforms, including: the XXI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Science, trends and realities: current trends and development" (Krakow, Poland); the 1st International Scientific and Practical Conference "Scientific Research: Unveiling New Theories and Applied Solutions" (Santiago, Chile); the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Education and science of today" (Cambridge); and the XV International Scientific and Practical Conference (Florence, Italy).
