On April, 24th, 2026, a regular meeting of the scientific club “Business-oriented communication” (English) was held supervised by Liudmyla Roienko.  During the meeting, students studied the functional vocabulary of the English language used according to the topic “Dealing with payments”. During the discussion, the participants of the meeting reviewed and discussed the types of financial documents that an employee and a client may deal with when making payments for goods and services. The students emphasized important points that need to be taken into account when making payments, discussed payment methods, and drew attention to difficulties that may arise when making payments. They also recalled idiomatic expressions related to the topic of “Money”. During the meeting, dialogues that may arise in banking institutions when making payments were simulated.

Students deepened their knowledge and improved their language skills in using language clichés and English phrases used when writing an email on the topic “Invoicing for a product or service”, studying the rules of business written communication.
