Representatives of the scientific circle "Prospects of Alternative Energy" participated in several scientific events held during the spring semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.
From June 9 to June 11, 2026, the final scientific and practical conference of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the field of research "Electrical Engineering" was held at the National University "Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic". The competition was attended by Dmytro Tsybulenko, an applicant for the specialty G3 - electrical engineering (BEM-24 group, educational program "Electromechanics"). Scientific work of Dmytro Tsybulenko "Development of a mathematical model of the energy supply system of a family home with renewable energy sources", carried out under the guidance of Professor of the Department of CIEM, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Prof. Olexandr Shavolkin, was awarded second place.
From June 5 to June 6, 2026, the X International Competitive Tender of Student Research Paper was held at Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrogradsky National University under the patronage of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO. The competition work of Polina Kletsko (group BKI-23, educational program "Computer Systems and Networks") focused on the development of a non-volatile photovoltaic 3D printing system for military medical purposes. It was carried out under the scientific supervision of the Department's Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences. Iryna Shvedchykova. According to the results of the presentation at the final conference, Polina Kletsko's work took honorable third place. Kyrylo Khoroshylov (BEM-24 group, educational program "Electromechanics") also participated in the International Competition. He prepared a scientific work on the power supply system of a mobile vehicle (under the supervision of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Prof. Iryna Shvedchykova). According to the competition results, the work was also awarded third place (win_konkurs_275_2026.pdf).
