SUMMARY OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE SCIENTIFIC STUDENT GROUP "COLORATION OF POLYMERIC AND FIBROUS MATERIALS" IN THE SECOND SEMESTER OF THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR

During the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, the Scientific Student Group "Coloration of Polymeric and Fibrous Materials" continued its active research activities focused on the study of modern technologies for the coloration, modification, and recycling of polymeric and fibrous materials.

Under the supervision of faculty members, students investigated advanced methods for the sorption of nanodyes, studied the influence of technological parameters on the quality of material coloration, and developed recommendations for optimizing coloration processes. The group's activities demonstrated a successful integration of education, scientific research, and practical application.

A significant outcome of the group's work was the publication of research papers prepared by students in collaboration with their academic supervisors. During the reporting period, two scientific articles and two conference abstracts were published, including:

  1. Liashok I.O., Ostrohrud V.Yu., Bodnar R.M. Recycling of Polymer Waste in the Production of Rubber Engineering Products. In: Proceedings of the XVI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Comprehensive Quality Assurance of Technological Processes and Systems (CQATPS–2026)", Chernihiv, Ukraine, May 21–22, 2026. Vol. 3. Chernihiv: Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, 2026. P. 223.
  2. Liashok I.O., Kolomiiets V.H., Mohilevych R.V. Prospects for the Implementation of Fibrous Filtration Materials Produced by Electrospinning. P. 224.

In addition to laboratory research and regular group meetings, the student researchers actively participated in the international scientific community. One of the highlights of the second semester was the participation of students V. Ostrohrud and V. Kolomiiets in the XVI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Comprehensive Quality Assurance of Technological Processes and Systems," held in Chernihiv, Ukraine, on May 21–23, 2026. During the conference, they presented the results of their research, gained valuable experience in scientific communication, and discussed future research prospects with scholars and industry experts.

Participation in the conference confirmed the relevance, practical significance, and scientific potential of the research carried out within the student group. The obtained results provide a solid foundation for further studies in the fields of coloration, modification, and recycling of polymeric and fibrous materials.

The next academic year promises new research projects, exciting discoveries, innovative ideas, and further professional achievements. We wish all members of the scientific student group continued inspiration, success in their research endeavors, and many new accomplishments.
